Our Danish butter cookies contains between 25 and 32 % of swirly organic butter from the Danish dairy Thiese. The butter helps to ensure that the dough is soft and smooth – and finally ensures a crispy cookie that melts on the tongue. The Thise Dairy is a small dairy in the northern part of Jutland with very high organic standard – Selected by Strynøgaard for a genuine taste experience.
