Our organic Finnish breads are developed on the Danish island Strynø. Strynø is a small island in the south Funen archipelago. A place were we as a professional cookie manufacturer gets inspired by all the treasures the nature gives us. The Finnish bread is made with Øland flour form the Swedish island of Øland – a top-quality flour that gives the cookie it’s characteristic crisp. To fulfill the experience the cookie is decorated with organic pearl sugar on top. Sometimes simplicity is the key to great taste.
